Pre-dewatering of Sludge
- Pre-thickening of primary and primary /secondary sludge by gravity draining free water from agglomerated solids
- The gravity zone on the table has stationary plows which mixes and de-flects the sludge so more free water is removed from pockets formed in the sludge
- Headbox with jet distributor plate allows an even sludge profile on the wire
- Thickened sludge cake is removed from the belt via a take-off doctor blade
- Precise belt tensioning system for excel-lent tracking and increased belt life
- Modular design: different lengths by adding additional Dewatering Module
- Optional hood to capture exhausts/odor
