Slat Conveyors (SC)

The Meri Material Handling Slat Conveyors are robust, easy to erect, reliable, efficient and clean. These conveyors are built for harsh applications: millsites, indoor or outdoor installations, Three standard widths are available (1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm), with special widths available upon request. Belt Conveyors (BC)

The Meri Material Handling Belt Conveyors are based on the same construction and operation principles as our Slat Conveyors, and are available in the same widths, but instead of slats they use a belted surface to transport your raw material. Chain Conveyor Handling Systems (CC) The Meri Material Handling Chain Conveyors are designed to be flexible, robust, compact and powerful. These conveyors are available in a wide variety of configurations and options, including: fixed direction, rotating, smooth or toothed or pinned chain, traversing and inclined. This robust and flexible line of conveyors can be used to transport baled material that is stacked, unitized or singular throughout your complex process. Hinged Plate Conveyor (HPC)

The Meri Material Handling Hinged Plate Conveyors are designed to be rugged and compact for the transport of dry material. These conveyors are available in horizontal or inclined configurations (up to 30 deg) and can be cascaded with other conveyors to make complex conveying solutions to remove material. The conveyor bed is made of hinged plates with walls to either side to promote cleanliness. Power is provided by an efficient gear motor with torque-limited shutoff. Weighing Systems (WS)

The Meri Material Handling Weighing Systems are designed to meet the specific needs of your application. The batch weighing system (WSYS-B) implements load sensing cells that accurately weigh your raw material as it sits on the conveyor and transmit this information to a central controller. The continuous weighing system (WSYS-C) uses a gamma source and scintillation sensor to detect material as it flows on the conveyor to give an instantaneous “snapshot” of the flow density.
