Mobile Dewiring (DMOB)

The DMOB is a machine that mounts on a forktruck and provides the ability to clamp, lift, move, dewire and dump raw material fiber bales. The DMOB features two arms – a cutter and a gripper. The cutter arm reciprocates vertically to effectively and efficiently cut the binding wires on the raw material bale. The gripper arm firmly grasps the wires prior to being cut and holds them until dropped in the desired location. This process increases efficiency and safety by dumping material and wires only where desired and by eliminating manual cutting and handling of the wires and bales.
